On my Mac (10.13.4), I received this error running bootstrap:

❯ ./bootstrap
./bootstrap: line 3: exec: autoreconf: not found

I ran:

brew install autoconf automake libtool

and then the README instructions worked.

I added a list of required packages to the README. Does this also work for darwin?
