Fix clicks and pops in looper-processor

[yamadapc]

• Fade-in / fade-out should be set in seconds rather than length %
• Fade-in / fade-out should be higher than 0 always (it should not be possible to click)
• Fade-in / fade-out volume should be relative to the cursor position on the loop with offset (not within the whole clip)
