Feature request: Make filesystem independent

It would be great if the lib would be independent of the filesystem. So the user can deside where to store the refreshtoken.

I would also be interested in using hangupjs without any access to the filesystem. Cookies can be stored elsewhere by using a different cookie store like MemoryCookieStore but I didn't find anything similar for the token.
