Caret indicator position incorrect in dual display

I'm using dual display, and while the input window in the secondary display, the position of the caret indicator is incorrect.

As my usage. This maybe a Windows 10 issue. After upgrade to 11, this issue is gone.

Update: It's actually caused by the screen scale. When one screen scale 125%, another 150%, issue occurs. When same scale, issue gone. So there may need some scale calculation for the caret position.
