Use the 1.0 version bump to remove 0.10 and 0.12 Node.js version support.

@hendrikmaus previous response was wrong ( my head was in another issue :) ) I don't believe this is in the spec as far as I know.
Definitely a great idea. Could mean you can proxy some routes to a real back end, or another fake back end. I'll mark this as an enhancement.
