Apparently, only wiki pages with English titles are supported, pages with Russian titles are ignored and are not added to the final document Also Russian names for title page and for table of contents are not read properly

@elliotalderson999: It may be fixed already: https://github.com/yakivmospan/github-wikito-converter/pull/68 I've tested it only with Français and other users succeeded with CJK.
