Code Quality: Update codebase structure and docs; maintenance suggestions
Hello! It's really sad to see that this app (paired with Files, the only app I have ever bought for money on the Store) hasn't really had so much activity recently. Naturally, it was in my interest to (re-)initialise development in this app again. A bit like when File Explorer got tabs, many said "what's the point of Files now?" And just like this, now that Windows Notepad has received some love, you may ask a similar question; "what's the point of Quick Pad?" I don't think that even having Fluent 2 UI is one of its main features, and yet more its delightful UX factors, of which so nicely intertwine with that of the Microsoft Design Language. It has features such as compact overlay, themes, markdown preview; all of which Windows Notepad will likely never receive.
Regardless, here are but a few minor changes that increase the codebase quality. Looking forward to your review! ❤️
I would suggest also moving the solution file to the project root, @yaira2 what do you think?
@Lamparter thank you for the PR. While I wish the solution structure was simpler, I don't have the time to review this PR properly. That said, I think a number of these changes can be broken into smaller PRs and reviewed that way. However, please be advised that any changes should be discussed beforehand to prevent extra work.
