Thank you for the PR.

The translations in Quick Pad work differently than Files. Instead of editing the resw files directly, Quick Pad uses the Multilingual Toolkit which works with xlf. Instructions are available here https://github.com/yaira2/Quick-Pad/blob/main/docs/TRANSLATOR.md#how-to-help-in-translating-the-app.
