Please create a new release

I am asking to create a new release to make the version and the license clear. The current issues: https://github.com/yairEO/photobox/releases The latest release is tagged as 1.9.2 but the actual release number is 1.9.12

The project page https://github.com/yairEO/photobox and the license file https://github.com/yairEO/photobox/blob/master/LICENSE says the license is GNU AGPLv3

but the latest release (1.9.12) says that it is "MIT-style license"
