Strings longer than 24 chars are unexpectedly wrapped by double quotes

In CSV response, long strings are wrapped by double quotes. This effectively makes webservice return data different from Druid(longString -> "longString").

If Jackson doesn't provide a solution for it, we might want to consider a different CSV library.
