Have protocol metrics track extended contracts

Create an Extended dependency contract to capture dependent metrics and extended dependent time intervals for metrics whose scan dependency exceeds the reporting window of the reporting dataset.

(Examples not implemented in fili core include rollingAverages/rollingSums and Day Over Day trends.
