Does latest version support kafa-2.8.0 ?

I downloaded CMAK 3.0.0.5. After launching Kafka Manager UI, while creating cluster i found that Kafka version dropdown shows till 2.4.0. I'm using Kafka 2.8.0 version. So can i use the same for 2.8.0 as well by selecting 2.4.0 version? Will it cause any issues?

I've been using last year's release (3.0.0.5) with Kafka 2.6 (Confluent Platform 6.0) cluster for more than a year with no issues seen. Recently upgraded our main clusters from Apache Kafka 1.1.1. to 2.8.1 and CMAK seems to work fine with those too - even if the cluster level was still sitting at 1.1.1 in the CMAK cluster-list. Then again, we just use CMAK for topic admin and visual checks.
