Currently when using the `Full Privacy` suggestion we select only private coins, and deselect coins from same recipient. They should be selected along with private coins. 

How to reproduce: - Go to Receive dialog - Go to Addresses Awaiting Payment - Go back to Receive dialog See the most used labels are now duplicated:

Similar to #12960, when focused the green highlight is missing from some CurrencyEntryBox like `Dust Threshold` at Settings or `Auto-start coinjoin threshold` at coinjoin settings.
