Update to a recent tg version

Bot crashes on gif from @gif and some other media types. Its not possible to let it run for an hour wothput a crash. Additionally this version does not support supergroups. New tg versions do.

Please make the bot usable again.

i had this problem to, your bot is blocked by telegram, you have to change your webhook url
