[Request] Wolfram Alpha plugin

As Wolfram is a really useful webpage it would be great to create a plugin. I've already made one by my own but it uses the webshot plugin, it just builds the wolframalpha query link and sends it to webshot. I think it's not worth to open a pull request for it because it's really simple and the images have low quality. Anyway, I think it could be a nice idea :)

There was a russian guy that made it too, but he said that the API of WolframAlpha set a limit to the number of queries per month, that's where I get the idea for the #238 . Be sure you can do an unlimited amount of queries! It will be useful!

I made that plugin, talk to @Chappie05 in telegram and use the !wa command.
