REQUEST FOR PLUGIN

It would be most beneficial to have the following functionality:

Be able to define which chatrooms is the bot allowed to be in.

With a whitelist for example one could deny the bot to be used indiscriminately all over the internets, and close it only for friends and family for example.

As a secondary goal, Since the bot uses Tg, I don't think that anyone understands the privacy concerns of inviting a random bot to a chat. The bot actually logs to a logfile any and all conversations where it is invited. This will lessen the dissemination of group chat contents all over the internets.

The plugin should be enabled by default and have the default permissions set to "none" or "no chat allowed" then little by little the bot owner could open it to the chatrooms she wants / needs.

When the bot get's invited to a group NOT in it's whitelist, it will leave.

When the bot get's invited to a group IN it's whitelist, it would do nothing.

Like I said you before, The bot actually logs to a logfile any and all conversations where it is invited. is false, what is saving it is the upstart configuration. And if someone invite you or talk to you, he is accepting that you read his conversation. So, I don't think that this plugin would be for "security", I think that this feature would be to allow someone to restrict the groups where the bot can be used.

You can use banhammer !whitelist to allow only specific users/chats to use the bot.
