Documentation for Advanced Security profile

Looks like amazon has moved to ACD api being invite only. The documentation at https://github.com/yadayada/acd_cli/blob/master/docs/authorization.rst should change to reflect that. I just requested an invite, so if I get one I will put in a pull request once I understand how the new process works.
