Name collision with non-cached file

Hello,

I am using acd_cli with duplicity. Thanks for acd_cli!

Unfortunately, I get this error after a while. acd_cli sync or a reboot did not help.

Uploading "duplicity-full.20160910T184012Z.vol1516.difftar.gpg" failed. Name collision with non-cached file. If you want to overwrite, please sync and try again.

There is another issue with this error, but I don't see it's solved; the focus there is the error code (I get 256).

What can I do in orer to fix this?

Using acd_cli old-sync fixed this for me. It's slower, but seems more predictable.

I experienced a similar issue. psync seemed to ignore certain nodes, sync not.
