This is no longer supported in android 9

i fix this bug and pull request ， just update targetversion and lib to android 28.

@matinzd77 It is working. The library is working. Idk if you are talking about the demo app.But i released an app to play store yesterday and this works absolutely fine. No issue.

its not working in android 9... my gradle is 28 but not show.. in android 9 . in android 8 , 7 ok

Can confirm, android studio doesn't recognize implemented tastytoast as an import.
