new bot To dl map automaticly in mp on main server

Use IRC to follow player in mp match and detect missing beatmaps, then start to dl the missing beatmap automatically in background

Need to notify the user when the beatmap is being downloaded and when it is ready as user need to press F5 to load the song in game
