Formatting broken and the image is lost when pasting into compose email from MS document

Description

Copying text with bullet points along with image from MS Word and pasting into Medium Text editor is loosing its format and also the image is not getting pasted.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a word document (or similar) that contains a mix of text and image(s).
2. Copy and Paste the content into the body of the medium editor. The text will be displayed but not the image. The same behavior is seen in Edge, Firefox and Chrome.

In IE11: Formatting is correct. In Edge: there is excessive amount of white-space in lists and between paragraphs. In Firefox: white-space/newlines are lost, bullet-points and list numbering is lost from view. In Chrome: white-space/newlines are lost, bullet-points and list numbering is lost from view.

In Chrome/Firefox the list character/number is left-shifted out of the window. By using the right-indent, the characters are shown.

Expected behavior: Text should be formatted as the way in MS Word along with bullets

Actual behavior: Formatting is missing and image is not getting pasted.
