Blockquote will not being removed if the whole sentence wrapped by a another tag such <i>/<u>

Description

in demo page you can repro the bug follow the steps bellow

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select all the first paragraph, then apply italics style, and next apply quote.
  2. press enter several times.
  3. new line will be created and cannot be remove by pressing backspace.

Expected behavior: will not create new line with quote Actual behavior: create new line with quote
