proper support for ELRS true diversity receivers?

Just wondering if we are going to need something to properly handle the fact that the dual-radio (aka "true diversity) ELRS receivers are going to be using both antennas at once and sending back both 1RSSI and 2RSSI at the same time. The code isn't merged yet, it's under development at https://github.com/ExpressLRS/ExpressLRS/compare/master...true_diversity_rssi_update
