Unable to launch game

Describe the bug I have downloaded and installed Genshin Impact (Chinese Server) on my Mac. Whenever I press the "Launch Game" button, the app says "Game is running" for a little while before the button turns back orange without launching the game. I tried to change the wine version "whisky-dxvk". The game successfully launched for me once, but when I restarted the computer, it stopped working again. I have tried clearing the Yaagl folder in Application Support and redownloading Yaagl, but they don't seem to work. Any help with the issue is much appreciated
