DirectX 11 error

Describe the bug

When launching game there is a pop up saying “failed to initialize graphics make sure directX 11 is installed.” Any idea how to fix it to play Genshin on Mac?

  • Device: MacBook Air 2015
  • CPU: dual core intel i5 1.6 GHZ
  • Dedicated GPU (if any): Inter HD graphics 6000
  • RAM: 8gb 1600 MHz ddr3
