Add M2 Ultra and M3 Max cpudb with compatible Intel Mac's cpudb

I tested in my 2023 Mac Studio (max config) and the latest M3 Max with two cpudb from Intel Macs i9-9980H (max-option Macbook Pro 2019) for M3 Max Xeon W-3235 (12-core config of Mac Pro 2019) for M2 Ultra

YAAGL with old cpudb list only take advantage from the new architecture in my M2U Mac Studio. however when I add the new cpudb the CPU performance is increased. I still test the updated cpudb for M3 Max (because I just got one an hour ago) but at the first launch, performance is kinda promising compared with the default cpudb

I only do my own quick test for now because tomorrow I'll switch back to Windows with WSL
