Request for Transcriptome Reference File Support

This is an excellent tool! I'd like to ask if it's possible to directly provide transcriptome reference files to identify which specific transcript the modification sites are located on.

Sure. I have another repo called metagene, which can annotate genome coordination into gene coordination. I will add more instruction in the document and keep you posted.
