Trying to set up a page for an organisation but failing

Hi,

I am trying to set up a page for an organisation here. The webpage is present at the root, so I have modified my config.yml file like so:

url: https://alqaws.github.io
#baseurl: https://alqaws.github.io

But when I try visiting the webpage, I cannot reach it

Any pointers, please?
