Implement profilers

Related #2 Investigate how to implement profilers to identify various bottlenecks of the program.

While I have not found a suitable profiler that does profiling automatically, I realized I already had the Intel VTune Amplifier. Once the Travis's build test passes, I can use the profiler to perform the data-driven analysis of this project
