The next release of Transistor (version 4.1) will use styles from Material Components (1.6.0-alpha02) as well as user-generated colors.

Icon in launcher will be adaptive too?

No plans for an adaptive icon yet. That is not to say that I don't like that. Just that I have no plans :-). If that becomes a thing and many apps come with adaptive icons I will surely reconsider.
