Pasting XML into the "Add Podcast" field crashes the app

Describe the bug Input string crashes the app

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get some XML code (e.g. GNOME Podcasts OPML export file)
  2. Go into Escapepod
  3. Select "Add New Podcast"
  4. Paste your XML file into the text input field
  5. The app will immediately crash once the text is inputted into the field

Expected behavior The app would handle the text without crashing

Device:

  • Device: Samsung S10
  • OS: Samsung Stock Image Android 11
  • Version 1.0.0

Hello @theunpleasantowl

I have two OPML test files at hand. One from AntennaPod and one from Pocket Casts. Both do not crash the app when I paste their contents into the search box. Something must be special about the GNOME Podcasts format / tags.

I tried both search providers (choosing providers is since v1.0 a setting).
