I'd like to be able to set a speed like 0.8

I'm not a native English speaker, and on some talks it helps a lot to listen at a lower-than-normal speed.

Maybe add +/- buttons beside the speed indicator, instead of looping through possible speeds?

So you could get from 0.5 to 2.0 with 0.1 intervals, or something like that?
