ACE3 rename is disabled while ACE3 cargo is deactivated

This is not exactly an issue. It's more the or less the way it works. Perhaps we could make a Pull Request for ACE3 that allows renaming while ACE3 cargo is disabled.

While this is not changed, we should mention this as a "known issue".
