checking on/off-state and battery level like ACE3 for ammunition

If you check the ammunition with ACE, there isn't something like 12/30 bullets left, but a magazine icon with a fill bar, so you do not know the exacly value. This could be adapted to check the capacity of external batteries, laptops and the generator and similar items. I would say that knowing the exact value should only be possible if the device has a complex interface, like if you are logged into the laptop. But if the laptop is closed, there should be only a rudimentary indicator.
