Generate semi-parametric estimator for results from ID algorithm

Ananke already can generate semi-parametric estimators for nearly any estimand that comes out of the ID algorithm (see here). Bareinboim claims his team has developed their own estimator algorithms but there are no implementations available.

Mohammad-Taheri et al. argue in the following paper that we neither need an estimator nor an estimand. Instead, we just need to know when a query is identifiable and then we can simulate the causal effect from the mutilated model (question: mutilated how?).
