[Feature request] Add server through SSH

TransmissionRemote is great, but there is one thing that would be it even better. I have a server running Transmission on my locale network and the only port open to the rest of the internet is the SSH port. It would be fantastic if TransmissionRemote could access Transmission through SSH, without exposing the Transmission ports or doing a manual SSH tunnel through Termux or similar.

This would mean that TransmissionRemote would create an SSH tunnel through the SSH port to the internal ports of Transmission.
