HDMI not working on same version 5593 with i7-1065G7

Hi, I want to thank you for sharing. I have a Dell 5593 with i7 1065G7, do I need to change anything to use your EFI? I tried it, everything works (it seems like I see it) except HDMI. I am new to hackintosh, i am looking forward to your help, thank you.
