LTR_FINDER：v1.07 ralloc error!!!

Program : LTR_FINDER Version : 1.07

I'm going to look at the genome and cut it up by chromosome.Then run ltr_finder separately to predict the LTR at different nodes.Only chromosome 7 experienced this error:

nohup ltr_finder -D 20000 -d 1000 -L 700 -l 100 -p 40 -C -M 0.9 chr7.fa 1> chr7.fa.scn &

ralloc error!!!

I'm running the other chromosomes at this node, and everything's fine.
