Error occurs when installing on Eclipse Luna

I am getting this error when installing on Eclipse Luna through the marketplace :

All the files are hosted by github and I can install it without any issue, could you please check your network configuration, especially your nat configration which may block some access from you.

Further, I can event download files via the links in your post.

I am getting this error when installing on Eclipse Mars.1 through the marketplace : Unable to read repository at http://xzer.github.io/run-jetty-run-updatesite/current/content.xml.
