Acquisition not finding characters/items

I have watched the video on installing and followed it with clicking all the right update boxes but nothing I price is showing up in acquisition. Bottom right corner says no characters detected in this league when I have 2. Not sure why it won't register items I am pricing. It is showing it is updating my thread just not with any items for sale. Please any suggestions before I try a different trade tool
