Harbinger currency support

Implement harbinger-originated currency support in acquisition. E.g. Ancient orbs and their shards.

I'm not sure how this would be done, since Harbinger content was merged with perma leagues. The chaos/regal/exalt/mirror shards don't feel like they should be under a Currency.Harbinger type, so is there still any need for such a feature?
The ancient/binding/horizon/engineer/annulment shards & orbs seem to already be supported as Currency, and would remain so under the PR #507 changes.
