Hey guys, do you have any idea how i get my Acquisiton to work again? I have 100+ tabs which was never a problem so far. but like a week ago it started getting the info of like the first 45 - 50 stash tabs and after that only the warnings from the log below (just took the first one because it's always the same one with just a different stash number).
I'm not sure but i think that first started after i tried the first time to use 2 Acquisition instances for a normal and a Breach league loading simultaniously, but it could also be coincidence. Since then i only used 1 instance again.
I tried so far (without success)
- relogging in a new session (and taking the new ID of course)
- deleting Acquisition and extracting it to the folder again

Please go through the Troubleshooting First Steps document and see if you have any luck resolving your problem. Sounds like a database corruption problem.
I deleted the whole %localappdata%\acquisition folder because i had no problems with setting it up again. It seems like it can update the database again (maybe even before and i just didn't wait enough) but the warnings persist. If you regard the timestamps of the warnings, is it possible that GGG updated their database so, that you can pull less information at once (even less than the 45-50 / 60 seconds as it is now)?
In the log below (I would have liked to put it in a "spoiler" to hide it but didn't saw a way to do so), is the whole logfile with all the warnings, to get a better view over all the messages / timestamps (and the time that passed)

I just tried this on my standard stash, it definitely seems like GGG has limited the bandwidth availabe to pull tabs. These errors occur when GGG rejects request for tabs so are not uncommon to see. From the error messages you have at least 380 tabs in standard it seems so I would expect that it will take quite a long time to update them all. Results are 'cached' for non-checked tabs for 30 days I think, so basically it's just going to take quite a long time to refresh all the tabs the first time if you haven't opened acquisition in standard for long while.
Anyway, if they are limiting bandwidth it would possibly take like a half-hour to fully update all your tabs. Make sure you then right click, select 'uncheck all' and only check the tabs you want to actively refresh.
Hey^^ what you wrote about GGG rejecting the requests seems true. But i don't have 380 stash tabs. I have 220 and this includes the characters, 2x currency stashes and 1x pack of the new ones (Divination, Essence and Quad). So i actually have no clue why acquisition thinks i've got that many.
I contancted Thomas and he said that currently they are having general performance issues with POE website since 2.5.0. He also said there is no hard and fast limit for API fetches. So there are basically always going to be these warning messages, not much we can do about it.
Is this related to why my tabs are "empty" to Acquisition then relists everything at no price?
I don't think so, if you're having strange issues with DB I'd recommend resetting it.

If you can find a way to reproduce the tab 'empty' condition you refer to please open another issue describing how you made that happen (after clearing database/prefs).
I suppose it's possible when GGG was having website issues that they send valid tabs with 'empty' data causing acquisition to clear pricing info.

I had this happen originally and stumbled onto your troubleshooting section and I've deleted the folder for Acquisition to try fixing this but it has the same error
All I've done so far is add in my username and password and a shop post link and auto online link
The bottom left status shows Receiving stash data, 10/11 [0 from cache] (throttled, sleeping 60 seconds)
I don't have any paid stashes only the 4 normal ones I did briefly have 8 when they merged legacy to normal? but they have been resolved and removed several months ago?
I've restarted the computer and refreshed credentials

That's odd, the internal error is coming from GGG tab fetch request. What leauge are you logging into and have you logged into it lately? If you're loading standard for example, first login to that league and inspect your stash tabs. The stash tabs merge into standard every league from the temporary league meaning you'll have more than 4 but many will be marked remove only. Basically experiment with logging in/out and getting rid of your remove only tabs to see if it fixes things.
Also, try creating a character in a different league, logging into that one and see if it works as expected.

I resolved the multiple tabs from the other league months ago they are no longer visible in-game to me I just suggested it as a possible error if its trying to get the contents of those tabs
My stash tabs in game are fine
I've created a harbinger character and it connected ok and loaded the empty tabs
How many tabs do you currently see in standard and does the character in standard that is currently selected or the tab names have any non-standard characters in the names? Acquisition is attempting to fetch 11 tabs, If you never bought a tab that means it would attempt to fetch 4 stash tabs and 7 character tabs. It seems like it is getting the error fetching one of the character tabs. Do you have a pending name change on one of your standard characters? If you do that could cause this error.
I guess you said you have no premium tabs so probably cannot change the names?
Also, are you sure you deleted acquisition preferences, or did you just delete the game folder? The prefs that matter are not in the game folder. I'm sorry I missed that one I do have a pending character rename that I've been ignoring for 6-8 months I'd forgotten about that I think thats the issue I'll double check tomorrow

Go to the website https://www.pathofexile.com/, click on your character portrait and then "stash", see if all tabs load fine. If they don't, the issue is on GGG side (which seems very likely given the error) and you should contact them about it.
I've used pathofexile previously to sell stuff from my inventory and stash I suspect there's a status field or something to indicate not to process the tab or they aren't using the character name to identify it?
Anyway i renamed the char today and acquisition has loaded correctly

I have a solution - I had one old character lvl2 on my account, which was marked for name change :-) After change it is working.
