Add a hotkey / button, to go to the evepraisal link used for price computation

Hi,

As in the title, add a way open the evepraisal link used for the price computation.

Sometimes i want to have more details about the evepraisal, or i think the price is off and i want to check. It would be nice if we could access that info through price all. (of course i can go to eve praisal on my browser, but .... efforts !)

Sure! I'll take a look into it when I have time.

I've planned many more features including a better hotkey system and ideas mentioned in #2.
