Last Level Will NOT Load in Any Dungeon

I have visited about 7 dungeons now and none have the very last tier in them with the loot room.

They all stop at the nether brick, obsidian, coal block level with no loot chest/lava room.

Not sure why this is occurring but I wanted to let the dev(s) know its an issue.
