Add ability to completely disable motion smoothing

Motion smoothing is causing my game to lag. I increased the values to the highest I could make them, but I still lag more than with motion smoothing completely disabled. I'm pretty sure that motion smoothing is causing the issue because even the built in game camera's motion smoothing setting caused the exact same issue. If you could add the option to completely disable motion smoothing I think that would solve my issue.
