Better support for private messages

First of all: great application thanks for creating it :+1:

I have to admit that I didn't spend much time yet trying to figure out how to use it best. But for me it feels like that private messages are missing some features. I didn't find a way to select a open chat or pick a friend from my friendlist. The only way to open chats I found was connecting to a server and /pm a user there. And then the terminal had the title of the channel I was in. So some list with all the chats would be great.

Also I would love to see if the person I am chatting with is online.

I believe /g will show you your current open chats. I second this though, I would love to see some indication of having unread messages when looking at your chats. I might fork the repo and work on that!
