White words on white background when unselected

Ubuntu-tweak and unity-tweak still give me white words (not sure if that happens on other apps, but so far so good), along with a white background, which makes it hard to recognize the words. Actually both iris and iris-light gives me this problem. This is the ubuntu-tweak when I'm using iris-light. Other themes do not give me this problem, so is there a bug in the theme?

I've just tried iris-lychee and unwillingly the same problem occurred. I've been downloading from this site and have been reinstalling that for multiple times, but same thing occur.
