Ability to set calendar start at Monday

I have set :start-of-week 0 but it doesn't change anything

Maybe we need to respect :start-of-week x in the configs:

You need to set it from the setting page:

@azzamsa Thanks for the hint regarding plugin settings, didn't realise there was such a form.

Though I feel like :start-of-week should be respected too.
