Some notifications won’t show when locked

Some notifications, like discord and reddit, will not be shown on the lock screen if locked. Basically if you try to select them, they won't show. Once unlocked however, they do show up. It is indicated that there is a notification from, example discord, but when pressed while locked, it won't show the notif detail, you have to unlock to see.
