Process list user filter

The process list currently shows all processes for all users -- ps axu in effect. This feature would add a "filter for user" for the process list, to show (for example) only processes for the current user.

1. Type-ahead user filter
2. Show % of total system, and % of total user
3. Allow default setting in config
